A prostitution case out of the Grand Strand lead to the arrests of eight people. 

Horry County Police Department's Narcotics & Vice and Street Crimes Units, conducted an operation in Myrtle Beach on Oct. 26.

Agents said they used multiple online resources to contact people offering prostitution services and set up appointments to meet at a local hotel.

Upon obtaining probable cause, agents stated that were able to arrest the suspects for prostitution.

All of the individuals involved lived in the Myrtle Beach area. The following individuals were arrested during the operation:

Angela Reid, 25, was charged with first offense prostitution.

Crystal Snelgrove, 40, was charged with first offense prostitution and also arrested for an outstanding warrant (NCIC).

Stephanie Walker, 40, was charged with first offense prostitution.

Amber Medlin-Anderson, 34, was charged with first offense prostitution.

Tammi Cole, 42, was charged with first offense prostitution.

Montoya Moore, 42,  will be charged with resisting arrest and was charged with first offense prostitution.

Kathryn McCormick, 28, will be charged with an additional drug offense and was charged with first offense prostitution.

Angelica Short, 24, was charged with first offense prostitution.

"HCPD would like to thank our partners with @myrtlebeachpolice, the @FBI, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for their assistance in this operation," the department wrote in a Facebook post.
